Once you have placed an order on Anmol Collection, you will need to pay whole order amount in advance; If the shipping address is not Karachi, Pakistan. Cash on delivery is available only for Karachi city.

Once you’ve made the shipping fees; please send a screenshot along with the order number and you will receive a confirmation call & email. Your order will then be processed and shipped. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to all parts of Pakistan. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 5000. In addition to that, we also give you the Open Parcel option to verify it’s the same product you ordered. We have this service in Karachi city currently.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather condition, and political instability, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on new items only and a brand warranty for new mobile phones and devices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Order Cancellation Without Prior Notification

• If we identify that you’re a vendor/shopkeeper running their own business but not mentioned while ordering bulk items.
• There are multiple orders.
• If the product is not available at the moment.
• If there is suspicious activity on your end.
• If the delivery address is incomplete or if the address is wrong.
• If the payment has failed to go through or the bank has rejected the transaction.
• If a customer doesn’t respond within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Due to price fluctuations, the order might be canceled.

Warranty
