Warranty Policy
Anmol Collection Pakistan offers Brand warranties. This warranty may differ from buyer to authorized brand dealer based on their terms and conditions. Customers can, however, contact support directly if they have any inquiries regarding the warranty being offered on a product.
How Can You Claim a Warranty for Brand-New:
In the case of brand-new smartphones, electronic or devices a full 12-month warranty is provided by the manufacturer or authorized brand dealer. If there is any issue with the product during that time (which isn’t caused directly by the owner), you can claim the warranty for it.
In case of any issues faced with a brand-new phones, electronic or devices during the warranty period, you can simply visit any official service center of the manufacturer brand for expert repair services. You don’t have to send the device to the Anmol Collection, as the warranty is provided by the manufacturing company or authorized brand dealer.
Special Note: Please make a video of opening the packaging flier and unboxing the item(s) to make sure that there is no form of ambiguity or issue from the customer’s end.
If your brand-new product warranty exceeds the given time limit, Anmol Collection Pakistan will not be responsible for further claims. In such a case, the customer will be responsible for any type of replacements or repairs required on the phone.
Conditions Not Applicable for Warranty / When a Warranty Claim Is Not Accepted
There are certain conditions in which a Warranty Claim for your Smartphones, Electronic or Devices will not be accepted. These situations include the following:
- Physical damage to the product, such as cracked screens or other signs of abuse.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed on the item.
- Water damage to the smart device, whether caused by accidental submersion or exposure to moisture.
- The item is bent due to excessive force.
- Unauthorized use of third-party software on the phone (such as rooting and other modifications) that breach the terms of service.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Accidental damage due to dropping or mishandling, such as broken parts, scratched screens, or burning.
- Excessive force is applied during use or when inserting/removing any components .e.g, SIM tray, charger, earphones, etc.
- The device has already gone through repairs before the claim (it will negate the warranty).
Following Product are not Eligible for any Warranty or Guarantee:
- Preloved Products: Decoration, Jewelry, Electronic, Household, Cloths, Toys, Devices, Cables and all items which are stand in the categories of Prelove.
- Minor Fault, Clearance Sale, Flash Sale, Seasonal Sale do not have warranty or guarantee. (However you will get the video and photos of the real products before the confirmation of order)
- We do not provide any kind of Cell, Batteries, SIM card with the product which work together.
